The year 2022 was the first time the Kullu Carnival was celebrated in the valley of Devi-Devta and Rishi-Muni. Plots are already allotted in Dhalpur to start this festival. Like the Manali Winter Carnival, Kullu Carnival has also started to promote HP Tourism to help small businesses and also to entertain tourists.
The Kullu Carnival aims to promote and preserve the cultural heritage of the region, as well as boost tourism in Kullu. It offers a unique opportunity for both locals and tourists to immerse themselves in the vibrant traditions and customs of the area, fostering a sense of unity and celebration.
